A founder of Pine Street, Mike is actively involved in all activities, including deal sourcing, deal structuring and portfolio management. Mike currently serves as a board observer on Pine Street portfolio companies Power Tech, Adaptec Solutions, CinchSeal Associates,  Lumina Vision Partners, Pacific West, MarketBridge and National CPMA. He also serves as a board member and past President of the Upstate Capital Association of New York. Prior to co-founding Pine Street, Mike was a Director in FleetBoston Corporation's Leveraged Finance Group in Boston responsible for originating and structuring leveraged cash flow transactions for middle market companies. Before starting his banking career, he served as a congressional aide in Washington, DC. Mike earned his MBA from Emory University and his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College. He is a 2007 recipient of the New York Capital District Business Review's "40 under 40" award and is active with several non-profit organizations in the Capital Region.
